Shree
I write about health and technology the way I'd want them explained to my own family — plainly, and with the risks left in.
Over the past few months I've published more than fifty researched articles on health, nutrition and wellness — from thyroid disorders and PCOS to the nutritional science behind everyday South Indian foods.
That work now extends into technology and the life sciences: artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, wearable medical devices, biotechnology and bioinformatics.
What I care about is accuracy and balance. When I cover a treatment or a technology, I cover what it does, what the evidence says, and where it can go wrong. Readers can tell the difference between an article written to inform them and one written to sell them something.
I also design my own headers and social graphics in Canva, so an article can arrive finished rather than half-finished.
